Nexus Business Journal (NBJ) is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring the dynamic nexus where corporate strategy, technological innovation, organizational behavior, and global market ecosystems converge. In an era defined by rapid digital transformation, shifting consumer behaviors, and complex global supply chains, NBJ provides a sophisticated intellectual forum for business scholars, organizational theorists, economists, and corporate strategists. The journal prioritizes macro-philosophical reflections, empirical investigations, and actionable managerial frameworks that address contemporary business challenges and shape the future of global enterprise governance.

Scope and Topics

NBJ welcomes original empirical research papers, conceptual models, and systematic literature reviews across a broad spectrum of business disciplines, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic Management & Corporate Governance: Competitive strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), institutional leadership, business ethics, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration.

  • Digital Transformation & Innovation Management: E-commerce strategies, business model innovation, AI integration in management, fintech ecosystems, and technology adoption.

  • Organizational Behavior & Human Capital: Leadership dynamics, talent management, organizational culture, cross-cultural management, and workplace transformation.

  • Marketing Strategy & Consumer Behavior: Brand equity, digital marketing, consumer psychology, market analytics, and international marketing dynamics.

  • Financial Management, Economics, & Operations: Corporate finance, risk management, sustainable supply chain management, operational agility, and global trade economics.

Publication Frequency

Nexus Business Journal is published twice a year (February and August). Special thematic issues focusing on emerging market disruptions, disruptive business models, or sustainable enterprise practices may be curated upon approval by the Editorial Board.

Peer Review Process

To uphold the highest standards of academic excellence and objectivity, NBJ enforces a strict Double-Blind Peer Review workflow. Every submission undergoes an initial desk evaluation by the editorial board to assess scope alignment, theoretical rigor, and ethical integrity. Manuscripts meeting preliminary criteria are assigned to at least two independent international experts for double-blind review. Final decisions regarding acceptance, required revisions, or rejection rest with the Editor-in-Chief based on peer evaluations.

By cultivating interdisciplinary dialogue among management scholars, economists, and industry leaders worldwide, NBJ aims to contribute actionable insights that drive sustainable economic growth, organizational resilience, and responsible business practices globally.
