Peer Review Process

To maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and scholarly quality, GBMJ enforces a rigorous double-blind peer review process.

  1. Initial Desk Review: Submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary assessment by the Managing Editor to evaluate alignment with scope, ethical compliance, and structural integrity.

  2. Peer Evaluation: Submissions passing desk review are assigned to a minimum of two independent experts in the respective domain.

  3. Decision Standards: Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on original contribution, methodological soundness, theoretical grounding, clarity of presentation, and strategic relevance. Final editorial decisions fall into: Accept, Revisions Required (Minor/Major), or Reject.

Mission Statement

The mission of GBMJ is to bridge the gap between academic theory and high-level corporate/strategic execution by disseminating cutting-edge, ethically grounded research. The journal seeks to foster multidisciplinary frameworks that redefine organizational governance, sustainable value creation, cross-border commerce, and economic resilience in an increasingly interconnected global economy.
